More often than not, people are always on the lookout for a quick weight loss solution and it’s no surprising that in recent time, people are taking great interest in Rush Limbaugh Diet.

According to Rush Limbaugh, the controversial radio talk-show host, he has lost more than 80 pounds on his new weight loss diet and has done so in just a few months.

“It’s just the easiest one, and it’s the fastest. I’m 58-years-old. I never lost weight this fast, almost 90 pounds here since March 9, not even six months yet.”

So what’s his secret? Why is Rush Limbaugh’s diet getting a lot of press lately?

Well, this much-talked about Rush Limbaugh weight loss diet is nothing more than a diet program from Quick Weight Loss Centers, which is based in Florida.

This Florida-based center has a very strong website presence that offers a “home program for fast, safe weight loss from the comfort of home.” It boasts no exercise and yet you can still eat any food you love while losing weight.

To what I’ve come to know, the Rush Limbaugh diet supposedly consists of low-carb and low-calorie, regular visits to the Quick Weight Loss Center, and appetite supplements.

No different than any other weight loss diet we’ve grown accustomed too.

But does Limbaugh Diet work?

Whether it will work for every single person is debatable and can’t be easily ascertained, since everyone’s metabolism is uniquely different and will have varied results depending upon a number of factors.

According to more than a few doctors, a diet that promotes dramatic weight loss, while it works, can be dangerous and it’s often very difficult to sustain unless you stay on the diet forever.

So the question remains if Mr. Limbaugh were able to maintain his controversial weight loss, now that everyone is watching him.
