In the last few years, Hoodia has become immensely popular and has been heavily marketed for weight loss.
So what’s the deal with Tru Hoodia Diet? What exactly is Hoodia? How effective it is to lose weight? Does Hoodia really work?
What is Hoodia?
The use of Hoodia has long been known by the South African San tribe for thousands of years. The San relied on this cactus-like plant to suppress appetite (increase energy level) when they went on a long hunting trip.
An active ingredient in Hoodia Gordonii, a steroidal glycoside, which is named p57 by South African scientist, is believed to be responsible for Hoodias’ ability to suppress appetite by sending sends signals to the brain that make the brain believe that the body is full, even when it is not.
This makes Hoodia a very powerful appetite suppressant, and a very effective weight loss product. For this reason it is included in many over-the-counter dietary weight loss supplements.
Does Tru Hoodia Diet Work?
Let’s face it! The hardest part about losing weight are the cravings. We all have foods we love and when the cravings come, most of us give in.
This is when Tru Hoodia Diet can help stop the cravings. It tricks the brain into thinking that you are full.
In addition to Hoodia gordonii, Tru Hoodia Diet contains Green Tea Extract, which is known for its thermogenic properties often used to stimulate weight loss.
The idea behind diet pills that contain hoodia gordonii is that if you feel full, you’ll eat less. As a result, you’ll lose weight.
But that doesn’t mean you can skip meals with Hoodia. An overall healthy diet is still necessary if you want to lose weight with Hoodia diet pills.
Though results can vary from one dieter to another, but the overall effect is that of an increased lack of appetite and an added energy level.
Those who wish to suppress appetite, increase energy levels and lose weight can benefit greatly from using Tru Hoodia Diet as a nutritional supplement.
Still as in any type of weigh loss pills, best results can only be seen when used along with a healthy eating plan and exercise.
While it has no known side effects, as a general precaution, pregnant or nursing women or people with diabetes should avoid using Hoodia.
Let’s see what others have said about Tru Hoodia Diet.

There are so many diet types that it is impossible which is better. And that because different type of diet effects different type of body. I’m not counting those miracle diets that just promise huge body weight reduction in ridiculous short time. I mean real diets with real possible effects. That kind of diet could be good fore some of people who will try it, but for others not. Maybe if the diet comes from South African tribe it gives really good results to people who are genetically related to South Africans?
